Cybex Store Renovation — Milan, IT

Led the design and delivery of a 115 m² flagship renovation, addressing the challenge of creating a consistent brand environment within the constraints of an existing store interior. The process began with a detailed site survey to identify both permanent and temporary fixtures, followed by the removal of nonessential elements and the strategic application of premium surface materials to unify the space. This “white box” design strategy transformed the store into a neutral backdrop aligned with global retail guidelines, enabling a clear and cohesive brand presentation. Oversaw construction to ensure precision, quality, and consistency through close collaboration with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
