DeAuto Hackathon - S-WAY the Autonomous Dating Vehicle
Co-lead of an award-winning concept developed during the DeAutoDAO Hackathon hosted by PIX Moving, a global event bringing together interdisciplinary innovators to reimagine autonomous mobility as a service. Our project reframed the autonomous shuttle as a bookable private dating experience, combining interior concept design, UI/UX design, 3D visualization, market research and ROI modeling. Showcased a fusion of design strategy, user experience, and AI-driven applications, earning the Best Business Model Award (2023).

AI Powered Design Study
Developed a mobility-as-a-service concept on the PIX Moving robocar platform, leveraging AI-driven 3D modeling and rendering tools for rapid prototyping. Explored curved geometries and a soft, cheerful palette to craft a cozy, romantic ambiance, while integrating modern technologies to appeal to younger users. The accelerated workflow enabled quick iteration and high-quality mockups, forming the foundation for further design development.

UI/UX Design
The user journey was designed to communicate the business concept through storytelling—beginning with customers discovering the S-WAY chauffeur service and continuing with repeat engagement after experiencing its benefits. The UI/UX design encompassed both a mobile app and an in-vehicle interactive display, enabling seamless control of essential services. These interfaces were crafted to foster real-life connections and support the formation of meaningful relationships.

Production & ROI
Developed material take-offs and cost estimates aligned with the manufacturing capabilities of PIX Moving’s in-house facility. Combined production data with projected market demand to generate a return-on-investment analysis, providing the client with actionable insight into feasibility and business potential.

Product Launch Campaign
A launch campaign was proposed in Los Angeles, identified as an ideal market given its large dating demographic, high household income, and progressive stance on autonomous vehicles. The strategy included partnering with an upscale restaurant to offer S-WAY ride experiences, encouraging customers to share on social media and drive organic buzz. The concept was praised by PIX Moving for its innovative and holistic business approach.
